No Obligation for our Services

Our memberships start at just $5.00 / month and there is no obligation on your part if you apply for this membership. Even if we review your work and accept you as a member, you still do not have to pay any fee, unless you accept our invitation to actually become a member. All of our services are here to help you succeed in your photography! Our main purpose is to provide a site for professional photographers on the Internet, where they may share ideas and images with each other and with the world.

In case you didn't catch the second sentence in the last paragraph, let's go over it again. Here's how our memberships work:

1. You apply for membership through our online application
2. Your membership is reviewed by our staff
3. Your membership is accepted or declined by our staff (only 1 in 5 photographers are accepted)
4. If your membership is accepted, you will be contacted by one of our staff members
5. You choose to accept, or decline our offer for membership

You see, even if we do accept you as a member of Profotos.com, you can still decline our acceptance. There is no obligation for you to fill out the online application for membership.

What's the Catch?

The catch? Well, there is no catch - Really! Our site has been designed to help professional photographers gain recognition on the Internet and that is all there is to it! Only 1 in 5 professional photographers who apply for membership, will actually receive a membership on Profotos.

Really...How Much is a Membership?

A membership on Profotos.com is just $5.00 / month...that's it. There are no hidden fees or costs involved. A basic membership on our site will give you space for up to 10 images, and a host of other features. You will even have your own "login" area, where you may update your contact and biography information, add titles and descriptions to your images, and more!

Additional space can be purchased for $5.00 per month / 20 images. For a portfolio with 30 images, the charge would be $10.00 / month. As we stated earlier, if you fill out an application and are accepted, you can still decline your membership, if you decide it is not for you. There is absolutely no obligation to apply. If you are accepted, the least it could do is boost your ego a bit :-)

How Would a Membership Benefit Me?
