Our Advertising Policies

1. Profotos welcomes any and all businesses to advertise on our site, however, we reserve the right to refuse any ad submitted to us for display on Profotos. We will not accept advertising, which we feel is offensive, or infringes on a copyright.

2. The advertising inquiry form (linked at the bottom of this page) must be filled out completely.

3. All advertising must be paid for in advance, by check or credit card. We do not offer payment plans for advertising. Credit cards are the preferred method of payment and we do not charge a surcharge for credit card payments.

4. All photographs and/or graphics, to be used within your banner(s), must be submitted to us in common graphic file formats. Materials submitted to us, which are not in electronically filed format, will be converted by our staff at a cost of $10/item.
