Our Gallery Selection Method

Selecting photographers for inclusion in the "Free Galleries" at Profotos is an intense process of analyzing and judging. When a photographer applies for a gallery at Profotos, our staff places their request among dozens of others received from other photographers. Each photographer's portfolio is then visited and judged by our staff. We are only accepting some of the best photographers in the world for our galleries, which makes for some very stiff competition! Although our determination of who is the "best" may not reflect all of society's ideas, we do have very strict guidelines when determining who will become a Profotos member. Not all of our members are known internationally and have long client lists. All we look at is the photography itself when accepting photographers onto our site - that's it.

If you are a professional photographer, you may be eligible to receive your own free gallery on Profotos. To apply, all you need to do is proceed to the "Professional Galleries" page on our Site and browse through the information and instructions that follow. If you have what it takes, you will be among the elite group of photographers, who will receive galleries on Profotos!
