Born in Athens, Greece, I graduated from the school of Hellenic Photographic Society and the New York Institute of Photography. I took part in group photo exhibitions in Athens with colour and B/W photos. During the photo exhibitions my pictures have been presented in many Greek magazines and newspapers. I earned the bronze medal at the National Greek photo contest in 2002.
Having taken a variety of photos, I am trying to reflect not only the light and the colours but also to present the "truth" and the feelings, emerging from people and places. I think that the sentimental view is an important aspect of fine art photography, which I feel devoted to serve.
I love wedding photography, shooting mainly non-posed photos, which reveal the emotional atmosphere and the love of the couple. I use photojournalistic approach in wedding photography to capture all these loving moments that married couples keep as a treasure.
I have taken many photos from my trip in Norway, which have been presented as a slideshow in the Hellenic Photographic Society office in Athens and awarded with distinction.
Travelling, especially in Greece, is my passion. I want to publish a photo album with photos from Cyclades, a group of mythical islands, which was the "navel" of ancient Greek civilization: Delos, Santorini, Naxos, Keros etc.
