My first love (after my family) is the sea and especially the dramatic North east coast of England, where I was born. I frequently travel north from Nottingham and take photographs from Wearmouth to Northumberland over the changing seasons.Limited edition prints are available from my website.

I converted from my Canon AE-1 to digital format over five years ago and have fully embraced this new technology, upgrading to a Canon 5D. I shoot mainly in Raw format with no in-camera processing including sharpening. I post process using Photoshop CS2.

I photograph mainly Family groups, especially young children and babies, keeping the sessions informal and shooting using natural light.
