I've been interested in photography for as long as I can remember. The art of capturing the world around you; of forming a moment in time into something more and most importantly: the art of visual expression.
A few years ago I finally received a camera as a birthday gift. It was a simple, consumer film camera (this was before the big "digital revolution") but I made due.
I took the camera to camp with me. As I stood there taking yet another photo, I realized that not only did I like photography...I was good at it.
Recently, I bought a digital camera and I must say; digital is the way to go. With this added efficiency, I set my sights on getting a studio. I know it's a rather large goal, but it isn't as "impossible" as many people would think.
Currently, I'm working on getting a new; better camera so I can improve the quality of my portfolio. I realize by some people's standards, I may be inexperienced; but I'm always working to improve my skill and better my overall abilities.
