I live in the Azores islands (Portugal). Nine beautiful islands in the middle of the Atlantic where people try to live side by side with nature. The ocean is always a great inspiration for me, and also our peaks and lagoons, reminders of Azores volcanic origins.

I do my best to capture the beauty and uniqueness of these little islands, their landscapes and their people, halfway between Europe and America. I think the Azores are one of the most wonderful places in this troubled world of ours, and I try to capture some details and some moments that show some of their magic. I hope some day you'll come visit us and witness all this yourself.
