Profotos Staff Evaluation:

                Photojournalist, Jérôme
Brunet, has worked on both sides of the Atlantic Ocean for several
years, covering everything from celebrity performances, to International
Law Enforcement and the Underworld. Jérôme's portfolio
is quite varied in its subject matter, however, one element remains
constant throughout all of his images: mastery of the craft.

Jérôme's work in professional photography began
in 1997, upon his graduation from the E.F.E.T. school of photography
in Paris, France. Since this time, Jérôme has worked
with several agencies throughout Europe and the United States,
promoting his work. Jérôme's current project on
International Law Enforcement and the Underworld, focuses on
the daily lives of law enforcement officers worldwide. Jérôme's
firsthand accounts of the officers' lives offer an incredible
insight into the reality of "the boys in blue".
The scope and depth of Jérôme's law enforcement
project goes well beyond a simple, cursory look into the law
enforcement profession. Jérôme actually spends several
months with a specific law enforcement department, documenting
and photographing their every move while in the field. Everything
from routine traffic stops and mundane paperwork, to hit and
run victims and major drug busts are included in this comprehensive
project. If the subject of law enforcement entices you, then
you really need to check out this project by Jérôme
    Brunet.
Along with his images of law enforcement, Jérôme
has also included several images from his diverse portfolio of
celebrities, architecture, etc. Not only are the images in Jérôme's
portfolio intriguing and compelling, but they are also technically
perfect and aesthetically beautiful. Enter the portfolio of Jérôme
