I am a self-taught photographer who started my business in May of 2002. I struggled for a year trying to find my niche, my style, my signature. A year into my business, a casual request to a friend, to photograph her in her ninth month of pregnancy began what is now my passion, and has driven my business to its current success.

Specializing in maternity photography, I capture the miracles of motherhood. I love the glow that comes from a woman who is happily expecting a child. I want to capture her beauty…the curves of her body, created by the new life it carries. The change in her form is so dramatic, yet it is gone so quickly and hardly remembered. I want to capture that time…I want her to remember how beautiful she was. It's like the weeks before Christmas for a young child...the anticipation, the excitement…the love for what is about to happen. That's what I strive to capture...that's what I love...that's what I do.

My clients almost always return for newborn photos, and family photo sessions. I have launched a line of custom birth announcements and also create custom holiday cards.
