I began playing with photography when I was 16 and two years later I initiated my career shooting for Industry and Architecture catalogues, which is still my main activity.

At the same time I attended to a 3 years photo class in a portuguese school: "AR.CO".

Between 1989 and 2001 I worked with Benfica, a portuguese soccer club, where I found a completely different line of photography.

Today, I´m trying to find some new meanings of expression by digital photo and manipulation which I find fascinating.

I could reach a definition of what photography means to me through this phrase: «To watch and not to shoot, is like not to have seen.»
