I never learned photography in a classroom. Books in my
college library consumed most of my time and then one day
I bought a second hand enlarger and started working in
the kitchen at nights.
I look at photography as a process of capturing a
moment in time and space, visually and conceptually.
For me my subjects and prints are ways of putting down
my experiences on paper. I make a deliberate effort to
evolve an untold story in my pictures.
For me photography has been a continuous process of
rediscovering myself in context to situations I have
been in, people I have been with, and objects I
possessed in this course of time.
