I was born in (the capital city of Turkey) Ankara in 1956. I graduated from International Relations branch of Political Sciences Faculty of Ankara University in 1982. I became interested and got involved in photography in 1975. I won many prizes in many national and international contests. I have many exhibitions and participated in many others with other artists.

In 1985, while I was working for a computer company (Apple Computer) I realized the facilities and opportunities of this technology in plastic arts. I decided to use photography as a material, such as dyes or clay, together with other graphic elements that computer technology offers for my artworks.

As for the first time in Turkey, I gave computer graphic lessons for one year at Graphic Arts branch of Fine Arts Academy of Mimar Sinan University in Istanbul.

Currently, I'm keeping on my studies for my company "Studio Telli" dealing with Graphic, Industrial and Interior design, and I'm a lecturer of Photograpy in Fine Arts Faculty of Hacettepe University
