Being born and raised in Canada’s north, I gained enormous respect for the outdoors very early in life. Time spent alone on the land has provided endless opportunities to witness and photograph the beauty and complexity of Mother Nature and to realize that we are simply visitors in this environment. We must do everything we can to ensure that the marvels we witness today will still be there for others in the future.
