Sharad Haksar first held a camera when he was 3 years old.
Today, years after his first exposure to a camera, Sharad holds a portfolio that is bursting at the seams with international gurus and brand names.
Starting at 14, Sharad began his internship with the legendary R. Krishman, considered the guru of industrial photography in India.
His teenage belly was so full of fire that when he saw yet another ascending star, Iqbal Mohammed, come into India with an American degree in photography, he decided that the road had now taken a new turn.
Working with Iqbal opened the mindscapes for Sharad.
Over the last ten years, Sharad has worked with internationally acclaimed lens men like Robert Farber, Gerald Hirshfeld ASC, T W Li, Bill Linsman, Constantine Manos (Magnum Photographer), Brian McNally, Bill Megalos and Sol Negrin ASC.
A preferred photographer for Indian advertising agencies today, Sharad has had the opportunity to work with large international brand names.
Music, family and travel being a passion for this young Bonpo, Sharad's work has won him international acclaim, the most recent being a gold award at the CAPI Awards, CA, USA.
