Profotos Staff Evaluation:

Travel photography is one of the most sought-after fields in the photographic medium, which is very difficult to master. Not only does the photographer have to be good at the technical and aesthetic sides of image creation, but they must also be good storytellers through both words and images. Petr Svarc is one of these photographers, who has gone to the next level of travel photography, through his mastery of the necessary elements in this highly competitive field.

From his home base in the Czech Republic, Petr has traveled around the world in search of images and stories to fulfill his passions in photography. Our staff was very impressed by the exceptional use of color and lighting within many of Petr's images, which would make him a master of the photographic medium by themselves!

Along with Petr's masterful use of color and light, he also has the uncanny ability to capture people and places at "just the right time". It is this ability, which passes most photographers by and leaves them wondering why their images do not have the impact they were after.
