Organize and preserve your favorite shots in a Photo Book

I used to have hundreds of photos stored on my computer and on CDs.  Years worth of holidays and vacations and birthday parties and just everyday family life were waiting for me to do something with them.  I always said I was going to get prints and put Photo Albums together – some for the whole family, some for the kids, some just for me, grandparents, aunts and uncles.  I had great intentions, but the more the photos stacked up, the more overwhelming the whole photograph organization project seemed.

Then I came across PhotoFun, a fantastic interactive website specifically for organizing and enjoying your photographs.  Not only was I able to order prints to frame for myself and for family, but I also ordered custom Photo Cards for staying in touch with friends.  My bookshelves are now lined with quality bound, uniformly sized Photo Books, each with its own title on the cover so I can easily find the one I’m looking for.  My kids love the pocket photo albums.  They’re perfect for sharing with their friends at school.

Now that I have my photo library organized, the holidays have become even more fun.  I no longer send out mass-produced, store-bought cards.  Instead, I upload my own photos of choice to PhotoFun to create custom Holiday Photo Cards.  Quite often, I use a photo of the kids or the family, but sometimes I’ll use winter landscape photo that reflects the season.  Even my holiday gift-giving has become more creative and unique.  Those photo books with which I like to line my bookshelves also make excellent gifts for grandparents, friends, and teachers.  Last year, I surprised my husband by scanning in one of our wedding photos and having it made into a large Photo Canvas.  It now hangs over our fireplace and adds a very elegant touch to our décor. 

I always wanted to be an avid scrapbooker and photo collector, but simply lacked the time.  Now, all I have to do is snap the pictures and PhotoFun takes care of the rest.  I love my new hobby!
