Adam began photographing nature with what he refers to as a "huge" Polaroid camera, which he carried with him on trips to the wilderness areas of North America. Adam's early experiences in the wild began with his adventures as a youth into the wild areas of England. Later, Adam would move with his family to the extensive forests of British Columbia, Canada, where he would expand upon his expeditions into the wild. This early exposure to nature's grandeur had a lasting impact on Adam, which continues to this day, through his production of incredible images of nature.

Our staff enjoyed every minute of Adam's portfolio as we reviewed his images for inclusion on Profotos. Adam's great implementation of light and color in his images, really serves to bring out the true meaning and feeling of the subject's he photographs. The image on this page is a great example of Adam's flawless execution of this principle. The perfectly exposed sunset behind the rocks, is a great complement to the cool, violet water in the foreground - what a beautifully composed image!
