 The world as seen through the
lenses of Eduardo Barrento is strikingly different than what
we are accustomed to seeing in our everyday lives. Through his
lenses, Barrento sees a world of beauty and purity in nature
which often goes unnoticed.
The macro images in Eduardo's portfolio are very captivating with their unusual angles and lighting styles. While many photographers are satisfied with just obtaining a 1:1 macro ratio (lifesize reproduction) in their images, Eduardo goes much further in creating striking images, which are technically and aesthetically difficult to produce. This added sense of perfection is readily evident in all of Eduardo's macro images, as the details in his images are simply "perfect". Not only does Eduardo's nature portfolio capture the delicate intracacies of the macro photography world, but it also does a great job of exhibiting the life-size world of wildlife as well. Included in Eduardo's portfolio are several examples of exceptional wildlife and bird photography, where the choice of angle, lighting, and overall composition, work together to create stunning images of wildlife.
