Born in Tampa, Fl., Dennis moved to Huntsville to pursue a photography career with the National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) . As an Aerospace Photojournalist at the Marshall Space Flight Center, Dennis had the opportunity to produce images documenting MSFC's emerging role as a leader in Space propulsion technology. His public relations work included photographing visiting dignitaries and Presidents, astronauts training underwater for Zero G simulations and scientists and engineers developing state of the art processes at the Marshall Space Flight Center. In 1991 Dennis was awarded the Silver Snoopy Award by the Astronaut Corps, recognizing his photographic accomplishments with the Space Shuttle program. With the new millennium, Dennis retired from NASA to pursue a Commercial and Fine Art photography career.

In a desire to expand his personal goals and realize a life long dream, Dennis began creating and exhibiting Fine Art Landscape and Figure photography in the early nineties. His strong desire to make a positive personal statement has evolved itself into a love and respect of women and nature showcased through his black & white and color images. He has had numerous 1 man gallery shows showcasing his Figure and Landscape images.
